The planning & construction challenges included construction of a full Basement Car Parking without demolishing the existing buildings. Two of the buildings were completely underpinned by driving four piles with a pile cap around each column. After creating the new foundation for each column at the basement raft level the piles were removed. This project was again renovated in 2009 as SOBO Central
